Tone Consultancy’s Diverse Platform Communications journey began in 1997, whilst Tone’s CEO Priti Joshi was on maternity leave. Being an ideas woman and an entrepreneur she was constantly looking at innovative ways to extend her Sales and Marketing reach into wider industries and so PJ Marketing was borne and her approach to building profitable ROI’s for her clients was one in which she utilised the newly growing digital market. Her innovative approach captured a new generation of forward thinkers, a captive audience firstly in the finance, banking and IT industries where she ran extremely successful sales, market research and targeted marketing campaigns generating over £10million in sales opportunities for her clients across the UK, USA, Europe, India and Asia.
Over the next 5 years she continued working across the sectors mentioned above, whilst exploring other industries that could benefit from the diverse communications platform approach – she spoke with a number of pharma companies, but at this time technology was not something that was being fully utilised and many of the decision makers in the industry at that time were still coming to grips with laptops and mobile phones and so were not quite ready to take the steps into the diverse channel communications approach.
Priti’s Diverse channel communications approach continued showing success for her international clients and in 2012 she rebranded as Tone Consultancy and started working with a number of Pharma companies with success and shortly thereafter the diverse communications channel was beginning to be seen as a more efficient and streamlined approach to pharma sales and the approach gained considerable momentum.
In 2020, the Diverse Channel Communications model has become an imperative and valuable model of working for a number of industries, not least the Pharma and Healthcare industry.
Tone is proud of its 24-year history of being one of the first companies to move away from the “traditional” approach to sales and to bring forward the Diverse Channel Communications model, which has given its clients wider national and international opportunities resulting in sustained sales growth and a high percentage ROI.
